Pagsusuot ng Face Shield sa Pampublikong Lugar, Mandatory na sa Quezon - LCH NEWS

QUEZON PROVINCE --- Ayon sa SECTION 5 & 6 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 33 SERIES OF 2020. Wearing of face masks in public places is mandatory. Only persons with face masks shall be allowed to enter hospitals, government or private offices, stores, markets, drugstores, banks, and other establishments which are allowed to operate during the GCQ. For this purpose, Provincial Ordinance No. 2020-002, Series of 2020, passed on May 15, 2020, shall be strictly observed in the whole province. The following are the penalties for the violation of the instant section: First Offense: Reprimand or six (6) hours of community service Second Offense: Fine of not less than One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) Third Offense: Fine of not less than Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000.00), or imprisonment of not less than Fifteen (05) days, or both, at the discretion of the court. Wearing of face shields shall be required in all public utility vehicles. In all workplaces, face shields and face masks should always be worn together when interacting with colleagues, clients and/or visitors.
